Message	We (smog guy and i) retarded the crap out of the timing which got rid of the NOx but made the hydrocarbons up jump like crazy. So then i leaned out the mixture with my AFC at the RPMs he does the test at and it dropped the Hydrocarbons below the allowable limit. He then tried testing it like twice but the idiot couldnt stay in the speed margin and kept getting an "acceleration violation" which would fail the test and lock him out for five mins. after that happened twice he told me to come back at 5pm and we got it to pass like a Prius by..... well by using a Prius which was next door. :0 So i believe that had he not gotten the speed violations it would have passed fine concidering how low we were able to get the NOx and HC ppms down to.
